 John M. Moore, M.D. Dr. John M. Moore, a native of Lubbock, TX, has been practicing medicine since 1983. Dr. Moore received his B.A. at Texas A and M University in College Station and his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He is the president of North Texas Ear, Nose and Throat Association and serves on an advisory committee for Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of Texas. In addition to treating a variety of ear, nose and throat problems in his office, Dr. Moore performs a variety of medical procedures including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, placement of PE tubes, sinus surgeries, uvulectomies (to treat snoring), and surgical management of malignant and benign neoplasms. He lives in north Dallas with his two sons
 Kristine D'Cunha Clinical Audiologist Kristine, an Ohio native, graduated magna cum laude from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio where she earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees and also taught undergraduate courses. She has been a clinical audiologist for over 10 years and specializes in fitting advanced technology hearing aids and assistive listening devices as well as counseling. She lives in Allen, Texas with her husband and son.
